The official billing method of Saint Mary's College is electronic billing known as eBill.  

本科 tuition, 房间, board and related fees for each term are due before the first day of class. Although tuition is billed in two installments, food and housing charges for 1项 are added to the spring term billing.

The 业务办公室 will send you an electronic statement once you have registered for classes. This statement will reflect all charges known at the time, 付款收到了, and financial aid posted to your account. Charges such as lab fees and/or instructional material fees will be billed as incurred. The 业务办公室 sends statements at the end of each month for other charges incurred after registration (additional lab fees, 图书馆的罚款, 等.).

研究生 and Professional students are billed each month with tuition and fees due by the 15th of the following month. Tuition and related fees are billed before the first day of class and are due on the 15th of the month.

***The College must receive the FULL amount due on or before the due date indicated on the eBill. If full payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee will be assessed, and future registration and continuing enrollment will be jeopardized. A hold will be placed on the student's account.
 

Viewing and Paying Your Bill

To view your bill and make payments, log into your MySMC account and click on the 'Student Account Center' app. This is located under "All Apps" (Tip: You can save the Student Account Center icon in your "Favorites" for easy access in the future).  You may also access the Student Account Center from GaelXpress 2.0. Simply click on the Bank icon (under 首页) on the left sidebar and select "Student Account Center". From here you may click on View Statements, Enroll in 付款 Plan, 付款, and/or view real-time account activity. You may also view or print an On Demand Statement (ODS).   An electronic consent is required the first time you log into the Student Account Center. The consent is required every 6-months.

请注意: It is the student's responsibility for viewing and paying their bill by the due date.  Failure by the student to review the bill does not constitute a valid reason for not paying on time.

The eBill is sent for your review.

父母 and Authorized Users

父母 must be set up as Authorized Users in order to view the eBill. 学生 must log in to their MySMC account and click on the Student Account Center (under All Apps) to set up their parents, 爷爷奶奶, or anyone they wish to have online access to their bill. 学生 must be on the Student Account Center in order to set up Authorized Users. 学生 may also access the Student Account Center from GX2.0. Click on the Bank (Financial Information) on the left sidebar, then select "Student Account Center".

Access the online billing and payment system by logging into the Saint Mary's College - CA Student Account Suite 由TouchNet主办. Your student must first set you up as an Authorized User in order to access the Student Account Center.

与eBill, an email notification is sent to the student's Saint Mary's email account each time a new bill is available. 学生 can authorize additional users (parents, 爷爷奶奶, spouses, 等.) to receive email notices when a bill is sent.
